Inspection types
- Inspection prior to initial use
Establishing compliance of a gaming device with the relevant certified device.
Send us the completed form IN911 (.doc). Send us the annex to the application, in the form of a table IN912 (.xls), only if necessary.
- Partial first inspection (determining the state)
Identification of the characteristics and sealing of the identified situation of gaming devices for which an appropriate certificate has not yet been issued.The application procedure is the same as for the first inspection.
- Regular inspection
Regular inspection of gaming devices is carried out periodically, according to legally prescribed time limits.The application procedure is the same as for the first inspection.
- Regular inspection due to access into a device
Gaming device inspection due to access into the protected parts of a device. First, send a concessionaire’s notification of access.
- Additional inspection
Gaming device inspection upon concessionaire’s or supervisory body’s request. Gaming device inspection is carried out in the casino and/or gaming hall; during the inspection the concessionaire’s technical personnel are present.

Inspection of gaming devices is carried out at the request of the concessionaire or supervisory body after the submission of an application (IN911.pdf).
